Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of basic equipment operation and food-handling procedures preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Ability to read and follow a recipe unsupervised

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to federal, state and corporate standards
- Follow recipes and product directions for seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving a variety of foods
- Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, check production and keep records for planning and requisitioning supplies
- Walk or stand for extended periods during shifts
- Reach, bend, stoop, push, pull and lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
