Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old to be hired
Must be 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet any other state qualifications
Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials and watching videos
Ability to stand or walk 100 percent of the time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must adhere to all duties and responsibilities of the job

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a team and follow directions
Strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Job Duties

Prepare food items according to our standards of quality, consistency and time lines
Ensure compliance with all health codes and requirements
Maintain stocking (re-stocking), cleanliness and organization of work area
Complete prep tasks as needed according to recipe, procedure, quality and speed standards
Operate equipment safely determined by position and OSHA regulations
Respond to additional customer requests by preparing orders to their specifications
Maintain food storage, receiving, stocking & rotating
