Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old to be hired
- Must be 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet any other state qualifications
- Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials and watching videos
- Ability to stand or walk 100 percent of the time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must adhere to all duties and responsibilities of the job
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a team and follow directions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to our standards of quality, consistency and time lines
- Ensure compliance with all health codes and requirements
- Maintain stocking (re-stocking), cleanliness and organization of work area
- Complete prep tasks as needed according to recipe, procedure, quality and speed standards
- Operate equipment safely determined by position and OSHA regulations
- Respond to additional customer requests by preparing orders to their specifications
- Maintain food storage, receiving, stocking & rotating
