  • some high school education
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • must acquire food handler certification at own expense

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of local/municipal food safety requirements such as food handler certification

Job Duties

  • support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
