Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience working as a line cook in a professional kitchen
  • valid driver’s license
  • possession of Montana food handler’s permit or equivalent certification
  • ability to handle fast-paced environments
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • follow all safety procedures and protocols
