- prepare and maintain clean sanitized and neatly arranged workstations
- complete all assigned prep-work accurately and efficiently
- present all food products to meet THB standards and specifications
- store and handle all food and equipment to meet safety regulations
- ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at the end of shift
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- maintain a positive attitude while multitasking
