Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of basic equipment operation and food-handling procedures
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with food-handling procedures
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Ability to read and follow recipes independently
Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with current federal, state, and corporate standards
- Follow recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, and serving a variety of foods
- Taste products and read menus to ensure quality and consistency
- Estimate food requirements and keep records to plan production and requisition supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in teamwork to support kitchen operations
