Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
0 to 2 years of related work experience
Knowledge of basic operation of kitchen equipment and food-handling procedures preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good working knowledge of food preparation
Ability to read and follow a recipe unsupervised
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Willingness to perform repetitive motions
Punctual attendance for scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards
Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving food items
Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, check production, and keep records
Attend work and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
