Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to follow health and safety protocols related to communicable diseases including COVID-19
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Food safety and sanitation certification preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch using high-quality, fresh ingredients
