Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to follow health and safety protocols related to communicable diseases including COVID-19

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and hospitality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Food safety and sanitation certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch using high-quality, fresh ingredients
  • Follow recipes and seasonal menus to deliver consistent and exceptional dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment
  • Interact positively with residents and guests to build strong personal connections
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Assist with inventory management and kitchen supply ordering
