Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Must comply with Oakmont Management Group's health and safety policies including vaccination, daily screening, testing, and use of personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh, made-from-scratch meals following seasonal menus
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Interact positively and respectfully with residents and guests
  • Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule and work environment
