Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Availability to work evening and night shifts
Weekend availability
Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
Ability to lift objects with some assistance
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow recipes and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Commitment to great guest service
Experience working in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Prepare food according to established recipes and menu specs
Follow established food presentation guidelines
Adhere to food and equipment safety rules
Assist with ingredient prep
Expedite food items accurately and efficiently
Receive and check accuracy and quality of food supply orders
Sanitize and organize cooking and serving areas to ensure compliance with Health Department and company standards
