The center is a proud member of the Centers Health Care consortium, ensuring adherence to high standards of care and continuous improvement.

Northern Manor Multicare Center is currently seeking a Part-Time Cook to join their dedicated team. This position is based in Nanuet, NY, with working hours from Friday to Monday, 11 am to 7 pm. The role offers an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals who have experience in large-scale cooking and are interested in contributing to the well-being of senior residents through quality food preparation. The Part-Time Cook will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and service of a diverse array of foods, including baking various items such as rolls, cookies, cakes, and pies. The role also involves working on the tray line during meal service, ensuring that food is delivered properly and on time to meet the dietary needs of the residents. In addition to cooking duties, the cook will perform general kitchen cleaning tasks and be accountable for hand washing and sanitizing pots and pans to maintain hygiene and compliance with health standards. As part of their responsibilities, cooks are expected to manage the kitchen in the absence of the food service director, demonstrating leadership and oversight capabilities.
