- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read and follow recipes unsupervised
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods

- Ability to perform repetitive motions

- Knowledge of basic operation of kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food-handling procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards
- Follow recipes and product directions for seasoning, cooking, tasting, and serving food
- Estimate food requirements, check production, and keep records
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Walk or stand for extended periods
- Lift and move kitchen equipment and food items up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions and follow safety and sanitation guidelines
