Job Duties
- prepare hot and cold food items for patients, employees, staff, and visitors in accordance with established recipes and menus
- measure and mix food ingredients using grills, kitchen utensils, and equipment
- test food in order to determine if done
- work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment
- follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- maintain knowledge and understanding of patient and workforce safety as it relates to job duties
- demonstrate competency in delivery of care with awareness of age-specific patient needs
