Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, twist, stoop, and ascend or descend stairs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide friendly and quick customer service
- Capacity to work under pressure and maintain a fast pace
- Commitment to comply with company policies and culture
- Availability to work various shifts including opening and closing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook Raising Cane’s signature chicken finger meals to meet high-quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors, and other restaurant areas
- Take customer orders and process payments efficiently
- Follow proper food safety procedures when handling and preparing food
- Show up to scheduled shifts on time and communicate effectively with team members
- Work cooperatively with other crewmembers to ensure continuous service
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
