Job Requirements
- Kitchen experience required preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification as required by state law
- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English
- Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Prepping ingredients according to company recipes and specifications
- Assembling dishes with precision and attention to detail
- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of guest orders
- Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness throughout all food preparation areas
- Supporting proper stock levels and food preparation to assist Heart of House operations
- Abiding by all food safety practices and regulations
- Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
