- current Washington State Food Handler's Card required
- Serve-Safe certification preferred
- minimum two years cooking experience in casual to fine dining, hotels or healthcare line cook

Job Duties
- provide restaurant-style dining while supporting commitment to using whole, fresh, local, and sustainable products
- order supplies
- prepare food items
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are met
- maintain cooler and freeze stocks
- utilize culinary skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented, high volume, and customer service environment
- collaborate with team members to provide quality products and exceptional customer experiences
