Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- two years' experience in restaurant or food service preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to perform medium work including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to work rotating shifts
- compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to maintain clean and organized work environment

Job Duties
- prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold foods with quality in taste and visual appeal
- participate in planning, requisitioning, handling, storing, and serving food processes
- maintain clean and sanitary work area
- comply with food safety regulations
- recommend recipes and menu changes to improve quality
- forecast production quantities and maintain food production records
- monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures
- inspect integrity of food products prior to use
- assist in other areas as required
