Key duties include referring to the Daily Prep List, setting up workstations, handling kitchen utensils like knives safely, operating cooking equipment such as ovens and slicers, complying with standardized recipes and portion controls, and assisting with inventory and stocking duties. This role requires excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and problem-solving under pressure.
