- Basic cooking skills such as sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, garde manger, pantry, and breakfast cookery
- Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred
- Ability to stand and move quickly for long periods

Job Duties
- Learn and practice full job duties of an Entry Level Cook
- Utilize company food and beverage procedures, health department regulations, and federal guidelines
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Maintain food cost and labor cost controls
- Check freshness of foods and ingredients and ensure recipe and portion compliance
- Monitor guest feedback scores and work to positively influence rankings
- Foster cooperation and respect among coworkers
- Perform other assigned duties
