Job Requirements

High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience
0 to 2 years of related work experience
Knowledge of basic operation of kitchen equipment and food-handling procedures preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good working knowledge of food preparation
Familiarity with kitchen equipment
Ability to read and follow a recipe unsupervised

Job Duties

Prepare food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards
Follow recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting and serving food
Taste products and estimate food requirements
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Walk or stand for extended periods during shifts
Lift and move up to 50 pounds as required
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
