Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California positions
- Comply with all applicable California wage and hour laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare food items with speed and accuracy
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness in kitchen areas
- Work as a team to achieve preparation and delivery standards
- Use proper safety equipment, tools, and follow recipe standards
- Restock kitchen and cook line as needed
- Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards
- Support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
