Job Requirements

  • ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • able to work in hot and cold environments
  • ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time up to 8 hours per shift
  • frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
  • manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
  • ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
  • ability to adjust focus as needed
  • ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
  • responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California positions (can be completed during training and up to 60 days after start date)

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen or food preparation experience a plus but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • prepare food items according to menu standards
  • maintain equipment and cleanliness of kitchen surroundings
  • work as a team to meet preparation and delivery standards
  • use proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe standards
  • restock kitchen and cook line as needed
  • commit to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • support all restaurant areas as business needs arise
