As a family-owned business, Panda prioritizes respect, inclusivity, and equal opportunity across all levels of the organization, making it a respected employer in the restaurant industry.

The role of a Cook at Panda Restaurant Group plays a vital part in the success of each restaurant. This position is central to the kitchen team, where associates serve as the heart and soul of the culinary experience. The work environment includes exposure to heat and steam, and the physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in confined spaces. Safety and food handling certifications are required to comply with local and municipal regulations. Flexible schedules, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement make this position ideal for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in the restaurant industry.
