valid food handler's card
previous culinary experience
ability to follow food safety standards
strong attention to detail
good teamwork skills
effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or hospitality environment

knowledge of food safety regulations

excellent communication skills
servsafe food safety manager certificate is a plus

Job Duties

prepare a variety of high-quality meals for fine-dining restaurant, bistro, catering services, and culinary programs
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
collaborate with culinary team to develop and execute menus
assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
participate in training and development activities
