  • previous culinary experience
  • ability to follow food safety standards
  • strong attention to detail

  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • prepare a variety of high-quality meals for fine-dining restaurant, bistro, catering services, and culinary programs
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • collaborate with culinary team to develop and execute menus
  • assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
  • participate in training and development activities
