We are currently seeking an Experienced Line / Breakfast Cook to join our dynamic team at the Park West location. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a passion for cooking and want to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment that values pride in work product and integrity. This role primarily involves preparing and cooking a complete breakfast menu along with gourmet burgers, various salads, sandwiches, and a range of fries, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The position demands culinary skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation and cooking tasks, while following proper food handling procedures and maintaining hygiene standards to guarantee safe consumption. Experience in managing kitchen equipment and culinary knives safely is essential. Additional duties include keeping the kitchen and working areas clean and organized, storing food correctly, and occasionally handling moderate lifting of food ingredient boxes weighing between 20 to 25 pounds. Our cooks thrive in settings where they can work independently and do the right thing even when not directly supervised, contributing to a team-driven and respectful environment.
