Job Requirements

experience working in restaurant kitchen environments
knowledge of cooking breakfast menus including gourmet burgers and salads
ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
capacity to lift and store food ingredient boxes up to 25 pounds
willingness to work flexible hours
commitment to a respectful and fun workplace culture

ability to prepare complete breakfast menu items
knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
skill in handling culinary knives and kitchen equipment

Job Duties

prepare and cook breakfast menu items including gourmet burgers, salads, sandwiches, and fries
handle food safely and hygienically
operate kitchen equipment and use culinary knives properly
clean and maintain a safe and organized kitchen and working areas
store and put away food ingredients properly
occasionally lift and maneuver boxes of food ingredients weighing up to 20-25 pounds
ensure pride in work product and do the right thing when no one is watching
