Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to remain stationary and move continuously for up to 4 hours
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Comfortable working in hot and humid conditions
- Willingness to wear protective gloves and face coverings throughout shift
- Ability to adhere to sanitation and safety protocols
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines including wearing protective equipment
- Lift and handle food and kitchen supplies safely
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced and hot environment
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
