Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts including weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work safely around kitchen equipment and maintain sanitary conditions
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment desirable
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Follow prep/par sheets to prepare product for shift
- Accurately cook, assemble, and package customers' orders according to Hat Creek's standard operating procedures
- Follow all portion control procedures, accurately record food waste, follow proper holding and storage of all food items, ensure correct food temperature is reached and maintained
- Work in a safe and sanitary manner following all local and state requirements
- Unpack and store incoming inventory and truck orders, ensure cleanliness of your cooking area, maintain safe operation of all kitchen equipment, and report any kitchen equipment that is not working properly
