Utah Valley Specialty Hospital in Provo, Utah is a dedicated long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) that specializes in advanced medical and rehabilitative services for patients with complex and critical health needs. As a free-standing specialty hospital, it provides extended hospitalization to patients recovering from serious illnesses or catastrophic injuries. This includes individuals requiring ventilator or respiratory support, extensive wound care, or ongoing critical nursing care. The hospital is uniquely equipped with all private rooms, including a specialized high-observation ICU step-down unit, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for every patient.

We are currently seeking a full-time Cook to join our team. This role plays a vital part in delivering quality nutrition services to our patients, employees, and visitors, supporting their recovery and well-being through thoughtfully prepared meals. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Handlers License required
- Experience with patient diet requirements
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to follow hospital protocols and procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct
Job Qualifications
