Those in this role must be adaptable, ready to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and capable of performing physical tasks like sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting. The company values associates who bring a warm and professional demeanor, reflecting the Culture of Excellence through a friendly personality and positive attitude. Employees at HVMG enjoy numerous benefits, including access to career growth across a nationwide portfolio of hotels, flexible scheduling options, financial benefits like early wage access through PayActive, as well as comprehensive paid time off and holiday pay. The healthcare benefits extend across medical, dental, and vision coverage, coupled with a 401(k) plan featuring a guaranteed 4% company match with no vesting period. Furthermore, HVMG provides exclusive discounts for hotel stays and food and beverage, adding value to employee compensation.
