Rooted firmly in biblical teachings, the organization blends spiritual outreach with tangible aid, striving to uplift communities worldwide. It operates through a variety of ministries, including shelters, food services, and family centers, touching lives and addressing multiple social issues with compassion and commitment. The individual hired will also participate in catering events, driving the service van or canteen as needed, and assisting with the receipt and proper storage of food goods. With careful attention to maintaining a sanitary and safe work environment that meets all industry standards, this position supports the broader mission of The Salvation Army by ensuring that meal services are delivered efficiently and hygienically.
