Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Proven cooking experience
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow culinary directions and recipes
- Strong commitment to team values and hospitality
- Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
Job Duties
- Assist the Chef with food preparation and cooking tasks
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Support resident and guest satisfaction through timely and attentive service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve culinary goals
