Job Requirements
- Kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability and willingness to eventually learn all stations on the line
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to read and interpret business, technical, and safety documents
- Basic math skills
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Ability to follow written, oral, and diagram instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be physically active including walking, bending, and lifting
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Background check may be required

- Prepare all menu items accurately and efficiently
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to manage low ticket times
- Keep work areas clean and free of hazards
- Adhere to safety standards and immediately correct unsafe practices
- Operate POS system as needed
