Job Description

The establishment operates from 6:00am to 2:00pm and is dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences through high-quality, delicious, and consistently prepared food. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a line cook or similar role
  • knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work early morning shifts starting at 6:00am
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • willingness to assist in various kitchen duties beyond cooking

Job Duties

  • set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • prepare food for service
  • cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • clean up station and kitchen
  • stock inventory appropriately
  • ensure that food comes out at high quality and in a timely fashion
  • comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • complete temperature logs and checklists for daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • participate in all roles in the kitchen as required, including as dishwasher when needed
