The position available is a part-time Food Service Worker at the SSH Nutrition and Food Kitchen under direct supervision of the Chef. This role involves assisting in the preparation and presentation of food for patients, employees, visitors, and special functions, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety as outlined by Weymouth Health Board and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) guidelines. The role requires adaptability to varied shifts that include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay range of $20.71 to $27.87 per hour.

The Food Service Worker will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment through proper sanitation of kitchen equipment. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist chef in preparation and presentation of foods for patients, employees, visitors and special functions

  • Work well with peers and manage stressful situations effectively
