Job Requirements

  • previous experience is preferred, but is not required
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to read and follow recipes to maintain consistency and high quality menu items
  • must have good organizational skills
  • open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant's needs
  • must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • must be a team player
  • will need to be certified on specific equipment such as a band saw, buffalo chopper, meat tenderizer, mixer and potato peeler
  • this will take place after hiring

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an advantage
  • ability to follow recipes accurately
  • certification on specific kitchen equipment after hiring
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
