Job Requirements
- Previous experience is preferred but is not required
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to read and follow recipes to maintain consistency and high quality menu items
- must have good organizational skills
- open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant's needs
- must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- must be a team player
- will need to be certified on specific equipment such as a band saw buffalo chopper meat tenderizer mixer and potato peeler after hiring
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or food production experience beneficial but not required
- ability to follow recipes accurately
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work varied schedules and hours
- teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to learn and be certified on kitchen equipment
Job Duties
- Receive and stock inventory
- prepare orders
- cook and assemble menu items
