Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is preferred but is not required
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to read and follow recipes to maintain consistency and high quality menu items
  • must have good organizational skills
  • open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant's needs
  • must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • must be a team player
  • will need to be certified on specific equipment such as a band saw buffalo chopper meat tenderizer mixer and potato peeler after hiring

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking or food production experience beneficial but not required
  • ability to follow recipes accurately
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work varied schedules and hours
  • teamwork and communication skills
  • willingness to learn and be certified on kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • Receive and stock inventory
  • prepare orders
  • cook and assemble menu items
  • keep kitchen clean and organized
