Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
  • Portion and inventory ingredients accurately
  • Assist with kitchen prep tasks including sanitation and stock management
  • Maintain cleanliness in dish room and food storage areas
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly
  • Support ongoing training and chef instructions
