Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
- Ability to work safely with large volume culinary equipment
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
- Ability to comply with workplace safety policies and procedures
- Capacity to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 35 pounds frequently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines
- Commitment to attend daily meetings and follow company dress code
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
- Basic knowledge of cooking and preparation techniques
- Ability to safely operate large volume culinary equipment including slicers, mixers, food processors, blenders, and choppers
- Understanding of workplace safety, food safety, HACCP guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Clock in and out for workday and breaks
- Always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with ISS/Guckenheimer and client standards
- Utilize food preparation procedures following applicable federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations
- Apply basic cooking and prep techniques as required by assignment
- Execute NetMenu recipe preparation as directed by production sheets and chefs
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following company and government standards
- Notify management of ingredient discrepancies, food or equipment safety issues, or other concerns
- Attend all daily meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
