Job Requirements

  • willingness to work alternating weekends
  • ability to perform physical kitchen tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • ability to pass background checks
  • successful completion of drug screening
  • basic culinary knowledge or willingness to train
  • availability for shifts between 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Job Qualifications

  • culinary or hospitality school graduate preferred
  • experience in food service settings is an asset
  • ability to apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portion control
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • positive attitude and customer service orientation
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties

  • prepare and present delicious meals following executive chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • assist in kitchen prep tasks including dish room duties and stock management
  • maintain sanitation standards within the kitchen
  • collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • work alternating weekends as scheduled
  • contribute positively with a strong work ethic and hospitality-driven attitude
