Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a cook or in a commercial kitchen preferred
Ability to perform basic math for inventory and portion control
Capable of working flexible hours including weekends
Background check and drug screening clearance
Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
Valid identification for interview check-in

Job Qualifications

Experience working in a food service setting
Basic culinary skills or culinary schooling preferred
Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics for inventory and portioning
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
Work collaboratively with team members
Contribute to a positive and hospitality-driven work environment
