Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in cooking or food service preferred
  • ability to work alternating weekends
  • willingness to pass background check and drug screening
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • ability to work full or part-time shifts
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service settings preferred
  • culinary schooling or equivalent training is a plus
  • ability to apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portioning

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • assist with food preparation and kitchen sanitation
  • manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • maintain cleanliness in dish room and kitchen areas
  • contribute to a positive team environment
  • comply with safety and sanitation standards
