Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in cooking or food service preferred
- ability to work alternating weekends
- willingness to pass background check and drug screening
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to work full or part-time shifts
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food service settings preferred
- culinary schooling or equivalent training is a plus
- ability to apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portioning

Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- assist with food preparation and kitchen sanitation
- manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- maintain cleanliness in dish room and kitchen areas
- contribute to a positive team environment
- comply with safety and sanitation standards
