Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Assist with kitchen prep including dishroom duties
  • Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines
