- Experience in cooking or culinary arts preferred
- Ability to apply basic math skills to inventory and portioning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
- Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- Assist with kitchen prep including dishroom duties
- Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines
