Job Requirements

Ability to apply basic math for inventory and portioning

Job Qualifications

Culinary or hospitality school graduate preferred
Experience in a food service setting desired
ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

Prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
Assist in kitchen operations including prep work and sanitation
Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
Follow recipes and execute meals on time
Produce texture modified diets following dietary orders
Lead small staff when required
