Job Duties

  • Prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Assist in kitchen operations including prep work and sanitation
  • Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • Follow recipes and execute meals on time
  • Produce texture modified diets following dietary orders
  • Lead small staff when required
