Job Duties
- Prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
- Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- Assist in kitchen operations including prep work and sanitation
- Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- Follow recipes and execute meals on time
- Produce texture modified diets following dietary orders
- Lead small staff when required
