Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work up to 29 hours per week
  • willingness to work alternating weekends
  • ability to perform elementary math for inventory and portioning
  • pass background checks and drug screening
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen physical demands

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary schooling or equivalent experience preferred
  • previous food service experience desired
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • assist with kitchen prep and sanitation
  • manage dish room operations
  • handle dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • contribute positively in team environments
