Job Qualifications

Job Duties

prepare and present delicious meals following executive chef recipes
assist in kitchen operations including prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories
maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
portion ingredients accurately and manage inventory
support fast-paced healthcare dining service
contribute positively within a team environment
adhere to food safety and quality standards
