Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
experience working in a food service setting preferred
ability to perform kitchen prep and cooking tasks
capacity to follow executive chef recipes accurately
willingness to work in a fast-paced healthcare dining environment
pass background check and drug screening
availability for full or part-time shifts

Job Duties

prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
inventory and portion ingredients accurately
assist in kitchen prep and dish room duties
manage dry stock and perishable food inventories

contribute positively to kitchen operations
