Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic food safety knowledge
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions and work as a team member
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts

Job Qualifications

One or three months of related restaurant experience or training
Previous knife-handling experience a plus
Flexibility in schedule highly preferred but not required
Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen preferred
Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language of the work location

Job Duties

Prep and execute all menu items including seasonal and specials for dine-in and to-go by LPQ ticket standards
Keep all restaurant areas clean and organized by following cleaning checklists
Assist with cleaning dishes and kitchen equipment
Help Kitchen Manager maintain proper food par levels using prep sheets
Conduct line checks for quality control
Use proper tools, equipment, and ingredients for each menu item
Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures and complete food safety checklists
