Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
capability to remain stationary and move well-paced for up to four hours
ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
able to work in hot and humid kitchen conditions
clear verbal communication skills
dexterity to use kitchen tools
willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
frequent hand washing and hygiene adherence
legal eligibility to work

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous kitchen or cooking experience is an advantage
ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
strong communication skills
basic knowledge of food safety regulations
ability to follow instructions carefully
commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Job Duties

prepare and cook Applebee's menu items accurately and efficiently
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff

operate kitchen equipment safely
follow company policies and procedures
