Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Prior work experience with food preparation
- ServSafe Certification required
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
- Primary series of the COVID vaccination or new bivalent COVID vaccine required

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to established menus and dietary requirements
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met including ServSafe compliance
- Monitor food quality and portion sizes
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to accommodate residents dietary needs
- Follow facility policies and procedures strictly
