Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Must have effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Must be able to prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment including a Chinese cook knife
- Must be willing to work in hot, noisy kitchen environments with limited storage and shelving
Job Qualifications
- Some high school
- Prefer some operations experience
- Knowledge of local or municipal food safety requirements
- Ability to obtain food handler certification at own expense
Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
- Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
- Performing all back of house responsibilities
